Ken Jr., has helped grow the company over the past 14 years and is now President of Construction. He has also earned his State License as a Certified Builder, along with his State Real Estate license. Carrie, Ken Jr.’s wife, joined Kingon Homes as Vice President of Sales in August of 1998. Ann Kingon founded Southern Showcase in 2001 and has established her firm as one of the top design firms in the area. This will drive the plan design, as our goal is always to deliver a plan that is pleasing to you and also is within your budget.

We respect budgets and are cost sensitive without sacrificing quality.The entire team will review the initial plan and evaluate every aspect of the design. Once you are satisfied with the conceptual plan we will provide preliminary pricing, followed by the preliminary estimate.

We then move on to the next stage, which includes the process of construction drawings, material specifications, architectural detailing and color selections. During the selection process you can be involved as much as you'd like. Many clients like a hands-on approach, while others prefer our designers to do the selections based on their input. It's your choice as to how involved you want to be in the selections. We all believe your home should be a representation of you, and we work very hard to make that happen. Our landscape designer will listen to your ideas, and show you plant material, then take all the input and create a design that will compliment your home, lot and community.
