Ken Jr., has helped grow the company over the past 14 years and is now Vice President of Construction. He has also earned his State License as a Certified Builder, along with his State Real Estate license. Carrie, Ken Jr.’s wife, joined Kingon Homes as Vice President of Sales in August of 1998. Even though she still keeps in close contact with present & past clients, Carrie has been doing a great job raising Spencer, who just turned 4 years old in December of 2006.

    Ann Kingon founded Southern Showcase in 2001 and has established her firm as one of the top design firms in the area. Today the firm offers a design team approach to the public, creating exciting and comfortable home environments.
