The Parade of Homes is an event sponsored by the BIA (Building Industry Association) which allows people the opportunity to enter into communities to tour the builder's homes. This is an event that gives the local communities exposure to the public to enter the gated communities and view the homes.

This year, Parade of Homes will be held from March 8-March 17th, 2002. Kingon Homes is entering 3 homes: The Villa Grande Model in Orchid Ridge, the Tuscan Villa Showcase home in Orchid Ridge and the Mustique in Banyan Cove. We encourage you to visit our models and take place in the excitement.

Models will be open from Monday-Saturday from 10:00 am-5:00 pm and on Sunday from 12:00-5:00.

How Quickly We Grow

Wow! Things in Southwest Florida certainly grow fast. Kingon Homes Model, the Villa Grande, is in Orchid Ridge. Our Showcase homes in Orchid Ridge are well underway. The Tuscan Villa does have the flooring in and is scheduled to open in March. Also, the Mustique in Banyon Cove is growing very quickly. The Mustique is our newest model which will also open in March. We encourage you to visit the Villa Grande and have either of the sales associates, Debra Jalbert or Carrie Kingon, tour you through the upcoming models and showcase homes. Southern Showcase

Southern Showcase, which is Kingon Home's design center, open exclusively to past and present Kingon Homeowners, is quickly approaching its one year anniversary. Southern Showcase has already been a success, achieving awards such as best overall interior design with the Villa Paradiso II model, and receiving recognition from clients statewide. Tom and Peggy King, who are Kingon homeowners, commended the design center stating, "Love our furniture selected by Southern Showcase. Really helpful to have assistance in furnishing our home, especially giving it more of a Florida feel. Talented decorators make a difference."
