Like many of us in Southwest Florida, the homeowner found they were doing most of their entertaining outside. Their existing outdoor space just wasn't meeting this need.

They wanted a large outdoor living room that would take advantage of their beautiful views, and the results were absolutely fabulous! A sit-down beverage bar allows the guests to focus on the views while they're being entertained by the host and hostess.

The lounging area provides space for a sofa and chairs. This new addition compliments the existing lanai and pool areas, allowing for many guest to comfortably enjoy the host's hospitality.
