his project entailed the renovation of a rear exterior area. Outdoor living space, consisting of a kitchen, bar area and a dining room, was added to a small existing outdoor living room.

The challenge was to leave the existing fireplace and keystone columns intact, and have the new space flow with the existing space.

It was necessary to match existing finishes exactly. Columns and arches were used to create a loggia effect overlooking the existing pool. Screening and pool decking had to be modified.

The overall outcome is an exceptional outdoor living room, kitchen and dining room, creating the best of all that outdoor living and entertaining encompasses in Southwest Florida!
