Ann Kingon founded Southern
Showcase in 2001 as a selection center
for Kingon Homes, and has established her firm
as one of the top design firms in the area. The
concept of the selection center is a result of comments
from past and present clients and their desire to have
a central location to make selections for their new
home. Whether
clients require complete design services or wish to
add the finishing touches to their home, Southern Showcase
can service those needs.
Many
of the Kingon homes built are turnkey, allowing the
new owner to take possession of a home that is completely
furnished all the way down to the bed and bath linens.
Today the firm offers a design team approach to the
public, creating exciting and comfortable home environments.

and was the recipient of multiple awards in the 2005
Lee County Parade of Homes entry, “The
Grandview”. Their
efforts made it easy to earn the Superior Home
award, in its class. Also, the 2005 SEBC Aurora awards
named the “Grand
Estate” a One of a Kind
winner due to the efforts of Southern Showcase’s
expertise in designing, decorating, and accessorizing.
